TOUR GUIDE

This qualification:

• Recognises the competence, knowledge and skills required by xperienced Tourist Guides.
• Is awarded to people who have demonstrated advanced skills and knowledge necessary to work as a Tour Guide including correct use of service techniques, customer interaction skills, Zanzibar Destination Knowledge, Tour Guiding Commentary Techniques.
• The holder will also demonstrate a range of interpersonal and personal presentation skills required engage in the Tourism Industry in Zanzibar.
