We are a dedicated organisation committed to promoting Zanzibar as a premier tourist destination and recognising the potential of its young and talented workforce. Our goal is to empower the youth in Zanzibar to reach their full potential in the tourism industry by providing comprehensive support and training. To achieve this, we have established a strategic partnership with T&R (T and R solutions), a Centre of Excellence in Tourism, to develop the skills, knowledge, and experience of the young workforce to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market.
