TVET Conference in Arusha
In May of this year, our co-founder, Maelle Collot, and director, Talal Atturkhan, had the distinct privilege of participating in the enlightening two-day TVET Conference held in the picturesque city of Arusha.
This conference, spearheaded by Prof. Joyce Lazaro Ndalichako and attended by various stakeholders, underscored the pivotal role that TVET plays in shaping highly skilled graduates who are well-prepared to navigate the complexities of today’s job market.
At ZCET, we hold an unwavering commitment to providing comprehensive vocational training programs.
These programs serve a dual purpose, not only do they impart essential practical skills, but they also equip graduates with an in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, a critical sector of Tanzania’s economy.
In an era when the workforce landscape is evolving rapidly, it is imperative that we prepare our youth for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. This is precisely what we aim to achieve at ZCET.
We believe that a skilled and capable workforce is the cornerstone of any nation’s development, and we are proud to be active participants in Tanzania’s journey towards workforce development.
Our mission is clear we are here to bridge the skills gap and enhance employability prospects for Tanzanian youth. Through our unwavering dedication to providing high-quality vocational training, we are actively contributing to a brighter future for Tanzania.
Our graduates emerge from our programs not only with practical skills but also with a deep sense of industry knowledge, ready to thrive in the workplace.
